Machine description:
ET4OP is a Four colour offset printing machine for précised printing operation. The machine has a compact structure, stability and easy operation. It is better than heavy-duty offset printing machines for printing thin GSM paper or non-woven fabric sheets. It can do from single-colour to four-colour printing jobs. This is a Unit-Type design which means it has a separate unit for each colour.
Features:
Capability: The inking device of each unit has 14 ink rollers including 3 ink form rollers, which results in accurate printing results. And can print up to four colors in one step operation for improved efficiency and reduced cost.
Easily to operate: This machine adopts an advanced PLC programmable controller and touch screen. And it is with the “One-Key” running function.
Accurate orientation: Front lay , double-sided pull guide for orientations, tune-up devices for feed table, side lay of plate cylinder, and double diameter delivery cylinder ensure accurate orientation
Adopt independent ink system and damping system, can freely adjust feeding, best meeting various demands of different printing matters, more suitable for multi-color printings.
Presetting counter: automatically stop feeding sheets once preset quantity task is completed.
Double detect device: detect double sheets and multiple sheets, and automatically eliminate double and multiple sheets.
Double turn-around function: ensure the sufficient dryness of ink for special printing matter.
Sprayer device: Make spraying and printing run in synchronization, prevent printing matter
from dirt.
Auto centralized lubrication system: The machine will lubricate automatically after running certain quantity sheets.
Inching device: Realize rapid loading and unloading plate, easier operation, and better
safety.
